- 4. Every entrant will be entered into a draw to win one of six prizes:

Five runners up will win a signed copy of Walter Isaacson鈥檚听Leonardo da Vinci: The biography. Prizes cannot be exchanged and no cash alternatives will be offered.
- 5. Only one entry is permitted per person. No purchase is necessary.
- 6. New Scientist听shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunication networks, internet access or otherwise, preventing entry at this website.
- 7. Entries must be received by 5 November 2017 at 23:59 GMT. Entries made after this time will not be counted.
- 8. The prize draw will be conducted at 25 Bedford Street, London WC2E 9ES, UK. The first eligible entry randomly selected by New Scientist will be awarded the main Prize. The next five entries drawn will win the runners-up prize. The name, email address and postal address of the winners will be passed on to Simon & Schuster in order to fulfil the prize. Every effort will be made to notify the winner by email by 10 November 2017. Acknowledgement via email is required from the winner before their prize will be despatched. If for any reason a winner does not respond to the email requesting acknowledgement within 10 working days,听New Scientist听may draw an alternative winner.
