During the CDA battle Netropolitan has looked for an explanation of the No
Censorship ideology. The American Civil Liberties Union explains it at
http://www.aclu.org/library/pbp14.html, but many who opposed the CDA did so because the
government proposed it, not for liberty. Netropolitan has read discussions by
Netizens about banning the media from their conferences or demanding the right
to edit anything a journalist writes. Censorship is clearly in the eye of the
beholder.
