Presumably the e-mail bombers see these events as victories. But
Netropolitan is not so sure. Is using the tactics of those you condemn something
to celebrate? The bombers are exploiting one of the great advantages, and
disadvantages, of the Net: everyone has the same power. Meanwhile, groups like
