Thomas Lewton is a features editor at New Scientist, based in London. They write about cosmology, neuroscience, particle physics and the politics of science. They are also co-editor of where they investigate climate change disinformation and corporate greenwashing. Their feature articles, investigations and short films have been published by The Guardian, TIME, Wired, Quanta, the BBC, Scientific American and VICE, among others. In 2017, they won a . They were the researcher for the book Seven Elements That Have Changed the World, which was shortlisted for the . They have a master’s degree in physics from the University of Oxford and another in science communication from Imperial College London.
